So...It's a month 'til the day we've been waiting, planning, and stressing over! Our Wedding!!!!! So far the score is Overweightness: 1 Merluis: 0 *sigh* So sad...It seems to get tougher everyday to lose weight. I've tried everything from eating right to that Fluidity Program, but I can't seem to stick to it.
I decided to do something drastic! Exercise *gasp* lol I mean seriously exercise. The past couple months I kept telling myself I would exercise and I would start but lacked the motivation to continue. My poor fiance has tried working out with me, doing ab workouts every other day...but to no avail...I keep eating horribly because I don't have time to cook or even think about what my next meal with me :(
This time I'm determined...I have no time to waste so I purchased the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred...I know, I know. I'm a product of advertisement lol I read a review on it at http://www.weddingbee.com/. So I decided to try it. It's a 30 day program (duh!) which is supposed to deliver amazing results (if I can stick to it). But enough with the negative comments. I have coupled that with some supplements and hopefully that will give me enough energy to actually want to work out...everyday...

M, W, F: Ab routine with my sweetie
Think it'll work? We'll see about that!
So here's to sticking to an exercise program! I'll keep you updated on how it goes...complete with embarassing pictures and everything (It's not like anyone's reading this anyway hahahaha!)
